A lot of people who buy copiers have trouble comparing the quotes that they collect. I would expect more time to be put into a purchase that often equals $10,000 or more over just a few years. Upon recognizing this I developed a little sheet that should be helpful when you buy. From inside the industry I have a clear view of what needs to be looked at and what takes me a few minutes might save you a few hours. It should bring a lot of questions into your mind if the vendor that you are working with won’t answer any of these questions and it’s crazy not to put a few minutes into this to get a good comparison.
